Staying In Your Lane: Effectively Navigating Co-Ministry with Rev. Staci Hylton, Rev. Cheryl Bell, & Rev. Dan Gerome
In a time when churches, temples and Spiritual Centers are less and less attended, now is the time to combine our gifts and talents to diversify and maximize our ministries. As ministers, we have been under the impression that it is all ours to do, but what if we released that idea, focused on that which we love: our personal mission, and our vision as an organization. Co-Ministry could be the answer for those ministers that physically and/or energetically need a break, those thinking of retiring, and for those that are brand new that have not had the opportunity to develop their skills.
