As ministers, we have been under the impression that it is all ours to do, but what if we released that idea, focused on that which we love: our personal mission, and our vision as an organization. Co-Ministry could be the answer for those ministers that physically and/or energetically need a break, those thinking of retiring, and for those that are brand new that have not had the opportunity to develop their skills.
